OZSJ Posted May 10, 2007 Report Share Posted May 10, 2007 I have been using Retrospect Professional for a couple fo years and recently had to upgrade to Retrospect SBS. I have just purchased my licenese and have noticed to my dismay that it will not let me backup my 5 XP clients because I do not have an Open File backup License? I do not understand. the Professional version was a fraction of the cost of SBS and it included the Open File licenses. Am I missing something here? I am extremely dissapointed as this is supposed to be a reasonably priced solution for small business. If I have to purchase these licenses how much are they? Thanks.
