christye Posted January 6, 2007 Report Share Posted January 6, 2007 I'm running WinXP Pro and had previously backed up to my OWC external drive. w/ Retrospect. there are 36 retrospect data back up disk in my backup folder on the OWC external drive 614 KB each. I am unable to find my snapshot backup disk. How can I recover the external drive data to my new hard drive. please help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
RonaldL Posted January 7, 2007 Report Share Posted January 7, 2007 Can you clarify what you mean by not being about to find the snapshot backup disk? You can always rebuild the catalog file which should allow you to restore assuming the data on your external HD is fine. Tools>Repair Catalog>Recreate from disks and point to your OWC drive.
