intellex1 Posted November 18, 2006 Report Share Posted November 18, 2006 can sanpshots be taken separate from normal backup and directed to a different removable drive like Maxtor one touch or other usb drive? I only have about 270GB capacity but want to take snapshot of C: and D: for disaster recovery once or twice a week. I am using 4 drives for daily, weekend and semiannual cycles; the weekend and semiannual are complete backup. daily the normal backup PS I am still evaluating EMC retrospect 7.5 SBS as to it will satisfy my need or should I go Symantec backup exec (the latest version of SBS).
