mcclish
Help, we've got gremlins! A number of our Mac clients just turn off, for no reason, no regular pattern. Has anybody else come across this and is there a cure? We have tried reinstalling, we've tried trashing pref's. I searched the knowledge base and the forum with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mac OS X 3.9 & 4, Retrospect 5.0.540 Thanks, Robin
Ann Marie
I wish I had an answer for you, but I'm looking for the same solution. Technically, I'm in the wrong place here, but I've got the same gremlins. This is precisely what I came here to research. On only one of my machines - running 10.3.9, Client v. 6.1.107, and Retrospect v. 6.1.126, it just randomly started switching off. Weird. Anyone out there have any light to shed? Thanks much. waltr
hello, you definitely need to upgrade the clients to run them on 10.3 and 10.4. 5.0 will not work on 10.3 and 10.4. download the latest client from here: http://www.emcinsignia.com/updates
