I am getting error -1309 when I launch Retrospect. I am using version 6.1.

 

The message reads.. Can't save changes to the operations log,error-1309 (file too large for allocation block size).

The file is on a locked volume or folder.

 

I am running OS 10.3.9

 

I also notice my operation log is empty when I open it in the Reports tab.

 

Can anyone help me solve this?

hi ter,

 

i think your log is corrupt. first thing to do is quit Retrospect, then go to:

 

"/Library/Preferences/Retrospect"

 

and move the 'Operations Log' to a different directory (like the Desktop). launch Retrospect. if that fixes the problem, you should probably just delete the old 'Operations Log'. i doubt it's any good.
