Is there a way to reset the password on the client machine FROM THE CLIENT machine, not via Retrospect Server host (no password available to log in)? Have full access to client machines. Yes, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Client package, to no avail. The Client software still picks up previous settings. Is there a Home/User/... directory that must be deleted?
