I have retrospect 9 for windows. i make daily backups to disk that occur as planned. i do weekly transfer of these backups to tape. i have a tape library with 9 available tapes. created a backup set with all 9 tapes and chose this backup set as the destination of my transfer script. the size of the internal disk where all my backup sets is stored have 800GB, witch is the size os my tapes. every week i get an error to request a new one. someone already got this king of error when you transfer backups? Lennart_T Posted June 9, 2014 Report Share Posted June 9, 2014 How is your transfer script set up? (I'm mostly thinking of media handling) I never add tapes to a media set manually.
