canoe
Hi Everyone whenever we launch the Retrospect v7.7 app on our Windows SBS 2011 STD server, a small box appears with the following message: "there is no email program associated to perform the requested action. Please install an email program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the default Programs control panel" the process that is putting this message on the screen is retromailbox.exe *32. This message box then prevents retrospect from launching fully until we click the OK button to dismiss it. The email notifications in the Retrospect preferences are configured correctly and I receive failure emails for scripted backups at an external address hosted elsewhere than this exchange server. any suggestions gratefully received as this prevents the software from launching automatically and we are currently forced to leave the server administrator logged in at the console and the software running in order for a script to execute correctly. thank you Peter
