willfurby Posted April 30, 2012 Report Share Posted April 30, 2012 Windows Server 2003 Standard SP2 Retrospect Multi Server 7.6.123 Driver and Hot Fix 7.6.2.101 Client computer Windows XP SP2 with Retrospect Client 7.6.107 When backing up the client I get the following error: - 4/30/2012 7:07:32 AM: Copying Local Disk (C:) on mahi T-18: TPCFolderLoc::StartFind: UFindFirstFile failed, \\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy1\Program Files\EnCase4\Export-1\k, winerr 267, error -1013 Scanning incomplete, error -1013 (malformed name) Any ideas?
