1753260f-b1fa-459d-a355-b7bfb6146427 Posted June 9, 2011 Report Share Posted June 9, 2011 Hello, I am having trouble adding new client to my Retrospect install. I installed the client software on the machine with no troubles and the new client shows up in the Sources window. When I go to ad the client, I get the message "Your license prohibits adding this client (-684)". I cannot find any reference to this error number either in the supplied documentation, via searches on this forum or via a Google search. Any help would be appreciated. Lennart_T Posted June 10, 2011 Report Share Posted June 10, 2011 I suspect you have reached the maximum number of clients you have bought. Go into menu Retrospect-->Preferences.
