bf69c994-8039-4cfd-a47d-8ce677674a0e
Hello together I am in big trouble and I hope anyone could support me! Our company is using Retrospect 6.0/ Mac Backup software for many years. Some days ago we had a big crash and I need to restore the files (the Backup files has a size of 160 GB's). I see all snapshots but as soon as I try to restore them I get the error message that the cataloge version is too new (see picture attached). I hope you can help me what can I do in the next few days. I have downloaded all updates for Retrospect 6.0 from your website. Thanks for your support! Kind regards, Michael Baumann
Lennart_T
Why 6.0? If there isn't a specific reason, try 6.1 instead.
bf69c994-8039-4cfd-a47d-8ce677674a0e
I have only 6.0 and as far as I know it is not possible to make an update to 6.1 (license code not valid). Have you any idea where 6.1 is still available?

I don't know which, I don't remember. Have you any idea where 6.1 is still available? http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/retrospect/archived.html EDIT: Try the driver update for 6.0. It's also on the linked page right above. Edited May 25, 2011 by Lennart Thelander

This error message suggests that you were actually using v6.1, which was a free upgrade to users of 6.0. The same license code should work (at least it does with the US version).
