bilbus Posted October 20, 2006 Report Share Posted October 20, 2006 yes ... i turned off backup to one group of clients and got 90 emails saying "my computer says i have not been backed up what do i do" you should be able to make general client settings on a per group basis. also i would like to be able to deselect files on a indivdual client PC, such as exclude a drive or folder .. but just on that 1. That can be done now by using a selector with the backup client's name as one of the conditions. Not quite as easy as the enhancement that you propose, because it involves editing a selector, but it does work and is how we handle special situations on individual networked client machines.
