clipperinc Posted June 9, 2006 Report Share Posted June 9, 2006 I have a Maxtor One Touch II Small Business Edition that I'm using with Windows SBS 2003. I would like to upgrade the software. When I go through the license check online, it replies with an upgrade to the Professional Desktop version. Is this correct? I'm assuming that version won't run on SBS 2003. How do I go about getting the correct upgrade? I remember their being an upgrade offer with the unit, but naturally I cannot find it now. Below is the link to download the update. http://www.emcinsignia.com/supportupdates/updates/ Click on the 32mb on the very bottom right corner of the update page and select save. I have the Maxtor One Touch II "Small Business Edition". When I attempt to upgrade online and enter my license, it takes me to an upgrade for desktops. I'm using Windows 20003 SBS. Please give our customer service a call and they can help you with all of your specific upgrade questions and help you get the right SBS version for your environment.
