Creating Bootable CD-R from ISO

I am having trouble verifying that the Bootable CDs I am burning from the ISO that EMC Retrospect 7.5 creates are really Bootable CDs. They consist of only two files: a bootcat.bin and the ISO itself that Retrospect creats. Is the Bootcat.bin file actually bootable, or am I doing something wrong? I have both Roxio and Nero, so I could use either. I am more familiar with Roxio, so I have been using that.

I believe you are burning the image incorrectly. If you look on the CD after burning it, you should see more than one (or two) files. It should resemble a regular Windows CD with an I386 folder among others.

You should look for an option in Nero to burn images. If you can't find one, you can give DeepBurner a try. http://www.deepburner.com. You'll want to use the Burn ISO image option.
