1102 Drive Missing - Can't set up One touch on 6.0 Maxtor

Hi,

 

With 6.0 Express and the Maxtor drive, usually this means the backup script activated by the button is unable to see the source or destination drive.

 

Try this:

1. Launch Retrospect Express 6.0.

2. Go to Automate > Manage Scripts.

3. Highlight the "Maxtor OneTouch" script and hit delete.

4. Push the button again which will prompt you to enter your backup settings again.

(if you see grayed-out volumes, you can highlight and delete them as they are ghosted volumes that were once attached to this machine).
