Guest
Everytime I push my one touch button I get the 1102 drive missing error. Can anyone help me by telling me step by step what to do? Thanks!

michaeln
Hi, With 6.0 Express and the Maxtor drive, usually this means the backup script activated by the button is unable to see the source or destination drive. Try this: 1. Launch Retrospect Express 6.0. 2. Go to Automate > Manage Scripts. 3. Highlight the "Maxtor OneTouch" script and hit delete. 4. Push the button again which will prompt you to enter your backup settings again. (if you see grayed-out volumes, you can highlight and delete them as they are ghosted volumes that were once attached to this machine).
