Ivar
I have old, 6.5 Retrospect in windows 2000. Now I want to remove it. I was used add/remove programs and removed it successfully, but after that problems start - blue screens. Retrospects ROFF.SYS is filesystem filter driver that probably integrates itself into chain in drivers communication. Now probably this chain is broken and uninstalling it makes things even worse. But how to fix this and uninstall ROFF.SYS?
Mayoff
If the roff.sys file no longer exists on the computer and you used the uninstaller to remove it, then it should be gone. You can check the registry for roff
