bravotech Posted May 2, 2005 Report Share Posted May 2, 2005 I suggest that the auto pop-up of Backup Overview window be eliminated. That function only serves the first time newbie user. There should be a checkbox on that screen: Don't show this automatically next time. Majority of the backup are not done on an ad hoc basis. Rather, they're automated with options and selections carefully done. The fact that this window pops out and obscures the script should be considered a design flaw. It hides the activity monitor and device status (media insert prompt) windows. It has triggered needless end-user client support calls in the past. I even checked the Alt-Ctrl+P+P Preferences section and and there's no way to turn it off. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
