deltec
Hi I'm new here and trying to find out how to get round a problem I have with Retrospect 6.5. I've added a new network volume to my backup and it fails with "insufficient permissions". I don't know much about Retrospect, so any help with what needs doing would be gratefully received. All PCs are on XP Pro. Thanks Derek
RonaldL
Go to Configure>Volumes and right click on the network volume which should already show up there. Select Login as... and specificy a login which has permissions to this share. You may have to set the username to DOMAIN\username if this is in a domain environment.
