natew
Hi The Dantz Knowlegebase and user manuals have more information on these. 1020 means another program is using the file in question so Retrospect can't access it. Modify date time errors mean the file changed a bit while it was being backed up. nate
rdubidat
is there any solution to this?
natew
Hi Yes. Figure out which program is using those files and turn off that program while you run the backup. Or you could upgrade to Retrospect 6.5. It supports open file backup on local XP machines. Thanks Nate
