I can´t see the information in the mailboxes of exchage

If any knows what is the cause of the following problem:

 

 

when I attempt to see the folder of the mailbox diferent to the mailbox assigned to the Retrospect user I don´t see anything and can´t define volumens, I can see the folder and e-mail of the mailbox the user used by retrospect but not the other users.

 

I am using the Domain Administrator account, what is happenig?

 

what can I do?

Hi

 

What version of Exchange is this? You actually have to be a member of a few accounts (not just administrators) to do Exchange backups - the Retrospect manual has all the details.

 

Make sure to send a message to the Retrospect user mailbox so it is activated.
