glaviolette 0 Report post Posted January 12, 2011 I had a crash today whilst trying to recover some user data to a rebuilt laptop. Joy! Our entire laptop and PST catalogues were scrapped which have been rebuilding throughout the day and will probably continue over night too. No laptop backups or recovery facilities for us then! grr.. I won't bother calling support as I'm sure they have never heard of this issue before Rich I've NEVER heard of that either!
Fulco 2 Report post Posted February 11, 2011 It is now 6 months ago I upgraded Retrospect, bough a Value Pack, and paid for a year of support. I reported several bugs and issue’s to Roxio, most of them where already reported on the forum (some of them years ago). However in 6 months absolutely nothing has been fixed! So why did I pay for “support
glaviolette 0 Report post Posted February 11, 2011 It is now 6 months ago I upgraded Retrospect, bough a Value Pack, and paid for a year of support. Hmm, that reminds me my renewal is coming up in May of this year. I need to make a decision.. We're going to Exchange 2010 soon(ish), plus we have more systems virtualized and need to back those systems up. You've got 3 months to add those features! Lennart_T 152 Report post Posted February 12, 2011 You've got 3 months to add those features! You know this is a user-to-user discussion, right? So you better contact Roxio Sales with your request.
SBlair 0 Report post Posted February 14, 2011 You've got 3 months to add those features! Well the Retrospect Development blog was last updated in 2009, so if that is any indicator.....
Ramon88 2 Report post Posted February 14, 2011 *L* Well the banner on top of this forum is still mentioning "EMCˆ2 | Retrospect", so that's not 'Roxio'd' yet as well... :teeth:
Guest Report post Posted February 14, 2011 Ok, let's stop the schadenfreude and speculations of demise. They serve no purpose here.
