ptamike Posted February 9, 2010 Report Share Posted February 9, 2010 I have been using Retrosect Pro 7.6 and recently 7.7 to back-up my Vista system to tape. I suffered a hard drive failure today and when I try the CD based disaster recovery it can't see my Sony tape drive! The drive can be connected via firewire or USB but I've tried both with no luck.
