I have turned off circular logging, the RBU account has all the correct rights and It was licensed after the rights were given (but not circular logging switched off). Mayoff Posted October 7, 2008 Report Share Posted October 7, 2008 Try to unlicense and relicense exchange within Retrospect under Configure>volumes. What does your Windows Event log report for this error? The error is being reported directly by Exchange when Retrospect attempts the differential backup.
