Mayoff
What operating system version are you running? When does this error happen? Copy, compare, scanning, matching, launching the program, logging in a client, working with exchange? Please be specific. Please attach a copy of the log to your reply. The log is in documents and settings/all users/application data/Retrospect/assert_log.utx
Mercis
I am running Windows server 2003 for small business server (Exchange). The error happens when scrip is launching the program or when I manually try to unlicense and relicense the exchange. Thank you for quick response. Mayoff
We added some exchange bug fixes to our latest beta version. Please try this version to see if you have better luck: http://download.dantz.com/archives/beta/Retro_EN_7_5_512.exe If the problem keeps happening you may want to try with a new set of preferences. The old prefs could be corrupted. Remove the config75.dat file from the same folder as the log. Relaunch Retrospect and try again.
