hwolfe38
When I open Retrospect Express on my Mac G3, I get a message reading, “Your Macintosh clock/calendar appears to be wrong. Please confirm date & time.” My clock and calendar are not wrong. I then click the “Set Clock“ button and I am able to continue with my backup. This just started happening a few weeks ago. I am running Retrospect Express version 4.1 and just updated my driver to 1.8, but I still get this error message. It is very annoying. I have tried to reinstall retrospect express, but still get the message. Can someone help me figure out the problem? Thanks, Henri Wolfe
rickysv
I have the same problem on my Mac G4. This just started happening recently to me as well... Aside from the CPU chip and speed, I've tried the same things you did. Too coincidental I think...
Mayoff
This issue has already been addressed in other areas of the forum. Dantz never meant to leave this check in the application, and we see this as a real problem. We are investigating a fix now, and I apologize for any inconvenience this issue is causing. Mayoff
Hello, Dantz now has an update that fixes the "Expiration" problem that results in the dialog box asking users to reset the clock during launch. The update can be found at: ftp://ftp.dantz.com/pub/updates/retro_clock_update.hqx This update should work for Retrospect 4.0 and 4.1 users.
