Mayoff Posted February 28, 2002 Report Share Posted February 28, 2002 Hello, Make sure your Retrospect Preferences folder contains a Retro.config (4) file. If you have a Retro.config (4.2) file, delete it. Then launch Retrospect 4.3. At the time of launch, we will try to copy the preferences from the retro.config(4) file.
