greg30808 Posted December 2, 2004 Report Share Posted December 2, 2004 Retrospect 6 has been working for months on B&W G3 OS10.3.5. I now get "Sorry, can't open Retro.Config(6.0) file, error -24203 (not a chunk file or badly damaged)" when I try to run retrospect. I figure that reinstalling will solve the problem, but I don't want to have to start from scratch with all my backup definitions. What would you recommend? natew Posted December 3, 2004 Report Share Posted December 3, 2004 Hi Remove your Retrospect preference file (retro.config) and launch Retrospect. You can then use Retrospect to restore an earlier version of that file. This will allow you to keep all of your scripts and such.
