squeelm Posted August 10, 2005 Report Share Posted August 10, 2005 I'm having problems accessing one of my back-up sets in OS9 or OS8 since upgrading to OSX Tiger. Every time I click on it to use it to search for a file to restore it tells me the 'encryptor is unavailable' although there is no encryptor information under the Dantz site or even in the Retrospect folder.
