Valsinni
What do I do with the following error Message? My Mac has crashed and I have lost 4 GB of information. I thought that this is not a problem since it is backed up on the tape drive. Welcome to the real world! I thought I had a back up system. Now in this crisis I can not access the tape drive. Here is the message. Trouble in Retrospect: Internal Consistency Check Failed: Assertion check at "ext.c-441" Does anyone have any ideas on how to access the tape drive? Mayoff
When exactly does this error happen? During launch, when scanning, when matching, when copying? Which operating system version are you running? Which version of Retrospect is this? What type of tape drive is this? (Configure>Devices>Device Status (or environment))
