mlehr077
Hi After the backup script runs and the final stage starts which is "Comparing Data" the process freezes. Its usually at the same network share that Im backing up but always a different file. At the bottom its says backup ran successfully 12/03/2004 1:59am. If I leave it the next days script will not run. I have to click the stop button. Then the the backup will end and the program will close. The next days backup will run but with the same results. natew
Hi I would apply the 6.5.350 update from the Dantz updates site. I would also check for firmware updates from exabyte. What type of connection does this device use? SCSI or firewire? Thanks Nate

natew
Hi Also make sure you disable the tape drive in the Windows device manager. Retrospect has its own drivers. Thanks Nate
