Errors

I get errors from my backups using the Western Digital Media Center with Retrospect 6.5 Express. Retrospect is bundled with the unit. It appears that the errors are attributed to my Norton Anti-virus. What do I need to do to correct this or should I be concerned. Here is the log that was generated from my latest backup:

Probably posted too soon, after reading the various posts on this forum I think I understand why I have the 1020 errors. However, I noticed on some of the logs, that indicate that a 'snapshop' had been created. I do not see this entry in my log. Any thoughts?
