dlebaron Posted August 19, 2004 Report Share Posted August 19, 2004 Last night I had to do a full system disaster recovery restore on a computer running SQL Server 2000. The restore went great except when trying to start the SQL service I get the following error: "An error 3 (The system cannot find the path specified) occurred while performing this service operation on the MSSQLServer service.
