pbartoli Posted May 13, 2004 Report Share Posted May 13, 2004 I have problems logging a new Mac OS 9 client. I've setup a Mac OS 9 computer with Restrospect Desktop backup + 5 clients. On the ethernet network we have 4 Macs + the backup server. As I try to log in a new client (the 4th Mac), I'm asked for a security code that nobody has set up. How can I restore to factory settings, else avoid being asked the security code? is there a way to erase the client's preference settings? Thanks!
