amowrey2
Hi, I'm running 5.0.238 Server on an all Mac network. Although set to back up folders called "Mailbox" and files that contain ".mbox", Retrospect fails to back up files associated with OS X's Mail program (/Users/[user]/Library/Mail/Mailboxes/Drafts.mbox" even though the script is set to "Include files matching...File names matching .mbox". Anyone have any idea what I'm missing here? Tia, Andy
AmyJ
Hi - Your Mailboxes selector will only work if you use: Include <Enclosing Folders> name starts with Mailbox -or you can use Include <Enclosing Folders> name exactly matches Mailboxes -or you can use Include <Enclosing Folders> name contains Mailbox The name of the folder is "Mailboxes" so an <Enclosing Folder> name matches "Mailbox" condition would not work. As someone else on the forum once said, Selectors are very literal. Regarding the .mbox selector - I believe are actually folders, and not files. You'll need to use a folder selector. Getting the "Mailboxes" selector correct may be all you need to accomplish your goal.
