twisterice Posted February 26, 2004 Report Share Posted February 26, 2004 I am running Multi Server 6.5 on windows 2003 server with the open file backup option. Works great with servers and all clients but one. Every time a job starts to backup my clients, I get an error in the logs consistently for the same user: Can't use Open File Backup option for Drive C (C:) on MACHINE, error -1017 (insufficient permissions) Is it possible he changed an NTFS permission somewhere that retrospect needs?...because after installed the client at the first run, it ask me the account permission and i flag to use the current user....but...anyway i've already tried to uninstall and install again the latest version of retrospect client 6.5 even if it's the same of my cd....but it doesn't work as before...what can i do to fix this prob?
