Client Desktop and users' folder

Recommended Posts

The term "Client Desktop" in Retrospect is mostly a hold over from the Desktop concept in OS 9. There is very little in Retrospect 5 (or 6, that I've seen so far) that understands the directory structure of OS X.

I _think_ that "Client Desktop" will access all the drives (except servers, optical or removable) mounted in the Finder (even though their presence on your Desktop is a preference). Selecting specific home directories will require selectors or defined sub-volumes.

Been my biggest peeve with Retrospect since 5.0 first came out.
