downeast Posted November 13, 2003 Report Share Posted November 13, 2003 Error elem.c-739 and auto quitting I have been struggling with Retrospect Server 5x on a Xserve running Mac OSX Server 10.2.6 for the last month. At first I had a few elem.c-812 errors and when it did not error out it would just quit on me. I was using Retrospect Server 5.0.238 up until yesterday when I thought it might be the version of retrospect, So I upgraded to the newest version Retrospect Server 5.1.175. I am now having the same type of problems only with a elem.c-739 error now. When I do not get an error, retrospect starts to copy from the server hard drive then just quits it self with out a error of a message! Retrospect server is backing up to a Quantum Super DLT "SDLT220". I could not find anywhere what mentions the "elem.c-739" error so I am hoping that the forums might be of some help. Thanks.
