cedmar Posted November 7, 2003 Report Share Posted November 7, 2003 Specs: WinNT Server 4.0 (SP3) Single-Server 6.5 (Trial) (w/ RDU 45) Sony DRU 500 AX Problem: Any media put into the drive is reported as "locked", and the drive will report "Unknown Status". I've used the software that came with the drive to burn a disk, and verified it by reading it through the O/S... So, I've verified that the drive is communicating with the system OK. Any suggestions? After asking me to change the drive from the primary slave to the secondary master, Tech Support never called me back. (It didn't help anything.)
