les Posted April 9, 2002 Report Share Posted April 9, 2002 Have just purchased Retrospect Express, installed it , and gone through the initial procedures. Everything goes well until the program starts copying to the CD-R disks. First disk appears to copy OK, buy when 2nd disk is inserted the program stalls and nothing happens at this point. Have tried many times, wasted many diks, uninstalled the program and reinstalled many times, updated the driver at Dantz website, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? hstevenson Posted April 10, 2002 Report Share Posted April 10, 2002 I am using Windows XP Pro. Express worked for awhile but has now started hanging when the second CD-ROM is inserted. It is then necessary to kill the application in the task manager, insert the next CD-ROM in the series, restart Express and it will continue with the backup.
