11thhour
Hello, I have booted off of the 5.1 cd and restored using the restore entire disk option. All of this goes fine but the disk is not bootable after restore. Then I installed os x 10.2.3 brought up to current 10.2.8 (same version as the backup) and booted off of the cd again and restored over the fresh install, everything reports fine, reboot and flashing question mark again. Any help would be appreciated. 15" flat-screen iMac client to retrospect 5.1 desktop edition Thanks, Troy

The bootable CD is most helpful when Restoring from Removable media (such as DVD-RAM) that will fail as a Live Restore. Dave
