zamzmith
Retrospect Backup is running on a machine that is "sharing" it's Internet connection which means it has 2 subnets: LAN & WAN. It must only be searching the WAN 'cause it can't find the retrospect clients. When I select configure subnets it says, "Your license isn't powerful enough." Translation, "Send more money." I can't find jack about what to upgrade to or if this is an error or what the heck is going on. Only Dantz has surpassed Microsoft in customer service. Thanks in advance. CallMeDave
Quote: Only Dantz has surpassed Microsoft in customer service. How true. Microsoft would _never_ allow two full hours to pass between asking a question on a discussion board and providing a personal response. Shameful.
