onorato Posted September 25, 2003 Report Share Posted September 25, 2003 I am attempting to install client software on a PPC running system 8.1. After encountering problems, I phoned Dantz and was told that the PPC must have carbonlib 1.6 or higher to install the client software. The only problem is that carbonlib 1.6 requires system 8.6 or higher. Dantz specifically states on pg 85 of the manual that PPC with OS 7.1 or later should be able to have clients installed.
