prmedlin Posted May 29, 2003 Report Share Posted May 29, 2003 An internal consistency check failure generates the "elem.c-806" error when a specific volume is being backed up--not every time but 2 times out of 5 this week. The same source disk returns the error sometime between end of file scanning and the first few seconds of copying. This internal consistency check failure message has been posted a couple of times but without clear solutions (other than "don't sweat it").
