Bug in Retrospect Workgroup ??

Recommended Posts

I use it for backup data of my server on tape HP Surestore DLT 80 (local storage) on Mac OS X server (10.1.4) and retrospect workgroup 5.0.238.

If i do an immediate backup, retrospect scanning folder and files, privileges and then he arrived on matching, the software quit.

The only solution, it's create a new backup set, but it's the real solution....

I have 1,8 To of data archives on 3 backup set and 76 DLT, and it's a real problem for me to cannot backup !!

My first backup set weight 78,1 Mo, the second 118,6 Mo and my actual backup set weight only 12,9 Mo.

In my archive contains 1er 945 Go, second 796 Go and the last only 78 Go.

In log of retrospect, no error reported.

Can i have an index on error ?

But the log you provide shows that Retrospect is running on Mac OS X 10.2.5. Is this the same machine?

What sort of Macintosh is it?

Are you using a SCSI host adapter card? What is the make and model of the card?
