rickmp Posted March 31, 2002 Report Share Posted March 31, 2002 On March 29, Dantz Customer Service told me that software purchased after July 2001 would qualify for a free upgrade and that this would be handled strictly by e-mail. I don't recall the exact cutoff date. It would have been nice if the free upgrade offers would have been sent out before the OS X Beta expired, so users of OS X would be able to backup / restore their OS X data and not have to keep their fingers crossed that trouble does not strike before the free upgrade offer is in hand.
