Marjoleine Posted March 20, 2003 Report Share Posted March 20, 2003 When installing the "one touch" feature, I keep getting the following error: "Can't create folder at D:\Retrospect Backup\, error - 1017 (insufficient permissions)" We are using Windows XP and Retrospect 5.6.
