ezylstra Posted March 19, 2003 Report Share Posted March 19, 2003 I've got Server 5.0.238 spending entire nights doing "Net Retry"s for portable clients who are removed in the midst of a backup. This blocks the server from moving on to back up all of my other clients until I sit down at the server and kill it (clicking "cancel" on the net retry window, then clicking "cancel"--or is it stop?--on the backing up client window; I then quit the program and start it again as a bit of voodoo hoping it will clean up any messy state Retrospect mave have found itsself in). Is this bug known with a fix coming soon, or might I be able to provide more info that would help? Clients are Windows and OS X. Latest clients available are installed.
