Darrin Posted March 11, 2003 Report Share Posted March 11, 2003 I have another user set for unattended backups, but when a client or two on the lan forget to leave their machines on for backup, the backup server gives a 530 error client not found. While the error is fine, having it pop up a window outside of Dantz is not. It should log it and that's it. What happens if the user is not around or has no access to click "ok" on that dialog? Darrin Posted March 11, 2003 Author Report Share Posted March 11, 2003 Oops - found the prefs option for "notify for failures" , checked by default. Unchecked it and I will see if that clears up this issue. However, it says it's for media notification also - if I use the email script to email for media requests, will this option disabled stop the media requests from being emailed?
