mparrish Posted March 10, 2003 Report Share Posted March 10, 2003 I successfully backed up to CD-R 3Gb of data and then went through the verify and on the 2nd CD it really slowed down and then finally failed. The log says a -206 error (Device reported heads dirty,etc). Does this mean that my backup is no good? Why would it successfully back up and then say I have bad media on the verify? I am using a Sony CRX220-A1 (52X24X52) with Sony CD-R's, Dantz Prof. 6.0, Win XP Prof. Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
