ekfnet Posted March 8, 2003 Report Share Posted March 8, 2003 I upgraded my Retrospect 5.6 to 6.0 Professional through the Dantz web site. I ran the upgrade program and when I go to Retrospect 6.0, it asks for the license code. It will not take my 5.6 license code and I haven't received a new code. The web site says that I should receive an email with the license code if I upgraded through a third party. Will I get a new code from Dantz? When? I am ready to use the program, but can't.
